Assets Controls Lead
The Controls Lead will maintain the highest standards in all aspects of Assets controls. They will test and pre-commission control equipment as requested and to lead the Assets technicians in terms of scheduling and priorities. They will work with other department and advise on equipment selection and deliver all controls elements safely and professionally. They will regularly report Asset status, conflict resolutions, asset shortages, forecasting of costs etc.to Head of Asset Operations UK.
Assets Mechanicals Lead
The Assets Mechanical Lead will maintain the highest standards in all aspects of Assets mechanical equipment. In addition to this, they will also test, and pre-commission mechanical equipment as requested and leads the assets technician in terms of scheduling and priorities. They will supervise and lead all assets mechanical staff.
Assets Controls Engineer
The Assets Controls Engineer will assemble, test, maintain, plan for and commission control and automation systems for the Assets department and modify control equipment. They will source equipment when required, then assemble and test the equipment as requested, ensuring that all is delivered on time and on budget and that any changes to the project are communicated to the Asset team.
Assets Staging Technician
The Stage Technician will assemble, test and maintain staging assets and systems. They will test and modify staging equipment to ensure the assets can be delivered to a high standard of quality and reliability and be responsible for the satisfactory delivery of staging assets to integration.
Assets Mechanical Technician
The Assets Mechanical Technician will assemble, test and maintain Mechanical assets and they will enable the UK Assets team to deliver assets to project efficiently and professionally. They will prepare, assemble and test the equipment as requested, ensuring that all is delivered on time and on budget and that any required modifications are communicated to the UK Assets team.
Assets Controls Technician
The Assets Controls Technician will assemble, test and maintain Control and Automation assets and systems. They will enable the UK Assets team to deliver assets to project efficiently and professionally. They will service, test and modify control equipment and cabling.
Associate Project Manager
Alongside the Project Managers, APM’s should be able to demonstrate an understanding of scope, schedule, and budget alongside an appreciation of TAIT’s history and capabilities to represent the groups brands and collaborate with our clients. Close collaboration across departments is essential.
Project Managers (PM’s) are expected to play the lead role in planning, executing, delivering, and reporting on the successful delivery of projects. As a PM they are accountable for the project scope, team, and resources throughout its lifecycle from discovery to post delivery service and support.
The Assets Mechanic will prepare, test and maintain Mechanical and Staging assets. They will also enable the UK Assets team to deliver mechanical assets to projects efficiently and professionally and be responsible for the satisfactory delivery of mechanical assets to integration.
The primary role of the Estimator is to assist the company in the efficient and accurate costing of both entire projects and individual parts as required by the project/task. As part of the role, they will provide historical cost data and reports to other departments to help manage staff, price projects and forecast project finances/performance.
The Seamstress/Seamster are a vital part of the Soft Goods Department and will play a key role in our manufacturing process, producing drapery using industrial sewing machines and hand held tools, such as tailoring scissors, tape measures, eyelet machines and hot knifes, to cut and produce a variety of soft goods products.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the visual language of the TAIT group of companies. They will create social media graphics, pulling from images and creating original content in Illustrator and Photoshop and Create Pitch Decks which pull together information about the TAIT Group of Companies, products, past projects, team bios, and specifics about the project being bid.
Mechanical Design Engineer
The MDE Level II is a competent design engineer, able to take key involvement in design phases of projects. They may assume responsibility for small projects and/or elements with supervision and will be aware of progress and liaise with the senior engineer regards technical, schedule and budgetary constraints.
The Custom Fabricator works within a dynamic team of Fabricators and Mechanical Engineers to deliver quality projects to our clients. They will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, fabricating, and assembling metal components or structures, as well as performing quality checks on finished products.
Assets Warehouse Operative
The Assets Warehouse Operative will facilitate and support the Asset technical teams with Pull and prep of equipment and general warehouse operations. They will also support the servicing, testing and modifying of Assets and to facilitate the smooth running of all Asset warehouse operations and logistics.
The Material handler plays a vital role in the supply chain process, they will operate within existing processes and systems to ensure that goods are received and stored correctly, before ensuring their smooth flow through the manufacturing process. A key element of this position will be to understand the daily/weekly production schedules, ensuring material and parts are made available so that the team can achieve its goals.

Essentially, a machinists' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimise procedures to produce high quality, precision parts.
The Stores Manager plays a vital role in the supply chain process, they will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure that goods are received and stored correctly, before ensuring their smooth flow through the manufacturing process. A key element of this position will be to understand in detail, the daily/weekly production schedules, able to spot upcoming material or part availability issues that will hinder the team’s ability to achieve our goals.
CNC Router Operator

Essentially, a machinists' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures to produce high quality, precision parts.
Saw Operators play a key role in our manufacturing process, producing parts using computer numerically controlled (CNC) saws and manual saws, Guillotines to cut and produce precision components. Essentially, a Saw Operators' goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures to produce high quality, precision parts.
Head of Project Management
The Head of Projects is overall responsible for managing and leading a team of project managers, project engineers and project administrators, and working closely with the Head of Site Operations to ensure on-site delivery is executed in line with the requirements of each project.
Assistant Management Accountant
This role will suit a candidate who wants to develop into the company management accountant in the future. There will be a heavy payroll support emphasis over the first 6 months, but after this the scope widens across all aspects of management accounting.
The finance assistant will ensure invoices are raised and paid in a timely manner in conjunction with Project Managers. They will also ensure the effective administration of expenses and corporate credit cards.
