The new franchised
Yo Sushi restaurant was commissioned by Dimitri Karonis. The architect
was Yiannis Tsokas. The new style sushi track is the longest we have
made. It is 70mtrs long, organically shaped, machined from black Polypropylene
1000 and incorporates a three motor drive system (2 sprocket drives
and a newly designed friction drive). The double track also features
our newly designed crossover system - a feature that diverts the food
across the track, in effect shortening it at times when the restaurant
is not busy. This feature has not come into effect yet as the restaurant
has been extremely popular since its official opening, which was attended
by Tony Bowern of Brilliant Stages on the 17th of October.
