Brilliant's fabrication of the Belinda King commissioned Celtic Heartbeat set for Cunards new ship the Queen Victoria was delivered to the shipyard early in November. The set was designed by Stephen Howell & is one of 4 new shows. The set was stored onboard ship & went into prduction in spring 08.
