From the A1

Leave at Junction 8, sign-posted A602, Hitchin & Stevenage North.
At the top of the slip road follow the signs for Hitchin.
Follow the road into a 40 mph zone, past Kingshott School on the right.
Follow the road into a 30mph zone, passing The Wishing Well pub on the right and The Orange Tree pub on the left.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit sign-posted Bedford A600 / Industrial Area.

From the M1

Leave at Junction 10, for Luton Airport.
Follow signs for Luton Airport, then A505 to Hitchin. Follow the road for about 8 miles.
Then follow signs to the industrial area.

Here’s more detail if you need it:
From either of the above you will approach a roundabout. Take the 1st exit (if you are coming from the M1) or the 2nd exit (if you are coming from the A1) into Old Park Road, sign-posted Industrial Area. You will pass a public library & museum on your right and a Vauxhall car dealership on your left.

Keep to the left lane and go straight over the traffic lights and the road then becomes Bedford Road, follow the road past an open green area on your right.

At the next roundabout turn right (2nd exit) into Fishponds Road towards the Industrial Area, the open green area will still be on your right hand side. You will pass a Football Club on your left and a swimming pool on your right.

At the next roundabout go straight on (2nd exit) into Nightingale Road, sign-posted towards the Industrial Area.

At the next mini-roundabout turn left (1st exit) towards the Industrial Area.

You will be turning into Grove Road. Follow Grove Road under a railway bridge and over traffic lights into Wilbury Way.

Follow Wilbury Way for about ½ mile.
Hillgate is a small turning on the right (after Dowding & Mills and Specialist Cars) at the end of the Industrial Area. Brilliant Stages is the second building on the right hand side.
